In order to maximize lock in the fresh quality and active ingredients of camel milk,YiBaTe dairy factory introduced top dairy equipment,adopts rigorous world advanced production technology,built a fully enclosed automatic milk powder production line in strict accordance with GMP standard.Every link must be through layers of checks and strict acceptance criteria.

The whole process of transportation is refrigerated and stored to reduce the flow of active ingredients of antimicrobial active factors and lock in the original active ingredients.

We adopt a brand new automatic formula milk powder production line,and its core technology and equipment are from the Netherlands, Germany and Russia.The whole production process has realized the fully automatic control of fresh milk entering the factory, production, aseptic packaging,out of storage etc.The whole process of pipelining, automation, sealing and standardization which is the highest degree of automation of milk powder production line in China,has a leading technical level in the country.

1.Raw Milk Acceptance

The raw milk materials of YiBaTe camel milk powder is purchased by the milk station,relevant items will be tested,and the national food safety standard of raw milk GB19301-2010 will be strictly implemented.

2.Net Milk

Milk purification is to remove impurities in fresh milk, and remove invisible dust, particles, milk sludge and some somatic cells through high-speed gravity separation.This process is to further ensure the purity and safety of raw milk.

3.Pasteurization

Pasteurization is a very important part in the production of camel milk powder.Pasteurization also known as low-temperature sterilization. It heats raw milk at 85°C for 15s to kill some microorganisms, inactivate lipolytic enzymes and proteolytic enzymes. It’s a method that can achieve the purpose of sterilizing and inactivating enzymes without damaging the quality of food. Ensure the freshness of raw milk.

4.Refrigeration

After purifying milk and sterilization, fresh milk is refrigerated at 4℃

5.Standardized Ingredients

Before standardizing the ingredients, the factory also needs to check and accept he raw and auxiliary materials and the nutritional elements added to the milk powder to ensure that the auxiliary materials added to the camel milk powder are safe.

6.High Pressure Homogenization

After standardized ingredients, the raw milk is homogenized under high pressure using a homogenizer to break up larger fat globules and re-encapsulate the protein. So that the quality is more stable and the nutrition is more uniform.

7.Sterilization Concentration

The sterilization and concentration process is to sterilize the homogenized raw materials again to ensure that the finished microbial indicators meet the requirements and remove most of the water to ensure the color, particles and specific volume of milk powder.

8.Spray-drying

Spray drying is to dry the concentrated camel milk powder to obtain powdered camel milk powder particles.

9.Fluidized Bed Secondary Agglomeration and Cooling

The secondary agglomeration drying in the fluidized bed to ensures the larger particles and uniform quality of the milk powder, and the timely cooling improves the shelf life and instant solubility of the product. The camel milk powder produced by this technology can achieve uniform particles and easier to dissolve.

10.Sift Powder

Screening powder is to screen the powdered milk particles after spray drying to further ensure the uniformity of the powdered milk particles.

11.Powder Storehouse

The cooled and sieved milk powder directly enters the powder warehouse for temporary storage to prevent pollution and moisture absorption.

12.Dry Mixing

Dry mixing refers to the mixing of some specific nutrients and accessories that can only be added without heating

13.Sealed Box Transportation

Fully enclosed dense phase conveying is a conveying device for conveying camel milk powder from powder silo to packaging equipment. Its operating principle is mainly realized via airflow, which avoids secondary pollution and damage to milk powder particles during the conveying process.

14.Nitrogen-filled Packaging

The camel milk powder is packed with nitrogen to prevent the oxidation of the milk powder during the shelf life and prolong the shelf life of camel milk. Moreover, the nitrogen-filled milk powder will remain fresh for a long time, making it taste the same as fresh milk.

15.FQC(Final Quality Control)

The finished products of YiBaTe camel milk powder after production and processing needs to undergo the last full inspection, and it can only be sold after passing the inspection.
